Chocolate Cornflake Cakes

This quick and easy recipe can be thrown together and ready to eat in just an hour. No need to actually bake anything either.

Ingredients
  

  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 100g Milk Chocolate
  • 80g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 150g Cornflakes

Instructions
 

  • Break the chocolate into a microwaveable bowl. Then addd syrup and butter.
  • Place into the microwave for 20 second, stir, repeat until everything is melted. Do not overheat or the chocolate will become too thick and will not work.
  • Place the cornflakes into a large bowl and pour over the chocolate.
  • Using a wooden spoon combine everything together until the cornflakes are all covered in the mixture.
  • Using two metal spoons, divide between cake cases.
  • Place into the fridge on a plate for at least 50 minutes before devouring.
